The traditional style of the 100-Yen Shop that features cheapness has come to an end. Now it is moving into a new stage.
Introducing the business world’s first “POS System” in 2004, we at Seria went on to build and implement our “Ordering Support System” in 2006, creating our own business model by optimizing product selection and simplifying operations based on customer needs. This is symbolized by our brand promise, “Color the days,” which is Seria’s promise of customer satisfaction to everyone who comes into our stores--both as a corporate pledge and the pledge of each and every employee.
In the near future, the retail business is expected to confront tough times. At Seria, however, we want to offer everyone new value by continuing to develop and evolve our existing business model.
